Job Description

Provides strategic leadership of the imaging center through managing center staff and onsite operations. Reviews procedures for accuracy and efficiency. Oversees business and operational aspects and works closely with marketing to meet goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for profit and loss performance of center.
  • Ensures compliance standards are met.
  • Participates in budget creation.
  • Provides day-to-day oversight of center operations and supervision of staff.
  • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures by personnel.
  • Ensure efficiency and confidentiality when needed.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal/external company events or special projects as needed.
  • Respond to all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinates staff work and training schedules, performs employee evaluations, provides coaching, and assists in the interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees.
  • Implement and enforce all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and guidelines in the center.
  • Analyzes and organizes clinical operations for center.
  • Responsible for and oversees the delivery of care to all patients served by center.
  • Represents the organization with all referral sources, physicians and the community on an as-needed basis in conjunction with Marketing Representative.
  • Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory and distribution and oversees the completion of these processes.
  • Responsible for assuring customer/patient service needs are met. Monitors patient service feedback and contributes to the process of resolving complaints and service issues. Plans and initiates process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensures workflow and required processes are followed.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience in healthcare or related setting
  • Two years in leadership position with experience in staff supervision
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to excel in a very fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to continuously “exceed” customer expectations
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
