Clinical Neurodiagnostics, LLC, a growing company located in Atlanta, is seeking a certified Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Technicians to join our expanding team.   We have been serving the medical community for over 10 years and adding new facilities daily.
The IONM Technicians will work closely with the CEO and Clinical Manager performing specialized electroencephalographic (EG), neurodiagnostic and polysommographic (PSG) procedures.  This requires knowledge of monitoring equipment and the ability to record observations to collect diagnostic patient data.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
·         Prepares patients for testing using monitoring devices and explaining test procedures
·         Ensures monitoring equipment is set up and calibrated if required
·         Reviews patient's records and medical history, seeking additional information if needed
·         Records observations and analyzes test data to ensure appropriate data is collected.  Makes required adjustments and initiates treatment as required
·         Assists in the training process for technicians, medical students and residents
·         Functions as a marketing and sales agent, promoting the Company's services
·         Adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement" set forth by the Company and its facilities
Education and Experience:
·         Associate Degree
·         Certified by The American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologist specializing in Electroneurodiagnostic
·         1-3 Years of relevant work experience
·         Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card required
Qualifications:
·         Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment with Co-Workers, Doctors and external parties
·         Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Proven ability to work independently and with little supervision
