Partnership for Child Health is a coalition of pediatricians and child health organizations committed to improving the health and wellbeing of children in Northeast Florida. Partnership for Child Health is the d.b.a. ("doing business as") name for Managed Access to Child Health, Inc., a nonprofit organization formed in 1993 as the Primary Care Program for the Jacksonville area Children’s Medical Services (CMS) office. The Partnership has expanded its reach to engage the expertise and dedication of the entire child health community -- working to improve health outcomes for children in Northeast Florida by improving access to and quality of health services. The Partnership also works to improve systems of care and expand the medical home model of care within the community.
Our vision is a community in which all children and youth have access to the highest quality of comprehensive health care, and maintain a state of optimal health and development into adulthood.
